So on youtube there is this contest going on. You basically have to add something to your waredrob and DIY somthing creative to enhance the look. So I have always wanted to DIY a shredded Tee. My 1 year NapAniversery yall.....

So I was going natural for over a year in 2007. One day I told myself that I wanted to wear my hair in a ntural state with out pressing it. Did a style BIG CHOP on Aug 2008/22 and today means my aniversery. I am sooo excited about the growth, but I have cut it 3 time since the big chop to shape it up. Can't wait to see how it looks next year......

I talk about hairon this blog because I feel that your hair is a part of your style. It is an extension of your swag. My hair fits my attitude and personal style. ;0)

Bad hair day

So I was having some hair issues today, but all it not lost. I just wear it with my swag as I always do.

I am soooo into my hair these days... I will be putting my hair in braids to give a rest over the weekend.....

I am in the process of buying myself a little birthday gift... A Casio Gold Watch is what I am looking for. Which ones are you feeling? I like all of them but I am leaning towards the first one tho....

B-day plans?

So.... I need to find out what I am going to do on my birthday weekend....

I know that I will be going to dinner with friends on my birthday, but I still need to figure out where I am partying. I am thinking about going to The View Club in the city, but I still am not sure....

I found a great vint dress to wear to the club part of my b-day but I need to get the zipper in the back fixed. I don't mind! For a dress for $3.99 circa 80's, that was a great find... It is a strapless number that is just above the knees with a small slit in the back. What really sold me about the dress was the back beading on the front side of the dress, located at the ribs. That part incorporates a drapping that is sooo chic. I think I will match it with my lace LaPearla tights and some black shoes (still in search for some shoes)... IN LOVE!!! Can't wait to post that...hehe

Dancing is my life! &Hair

Some of you may not know, but I am a dancer! Dancing is my life! I love it and can't live without it. I was thinking about "A Chorus Line" the movie today, and say to myself, "I wish I had done more with my dancing." I guess I have a little to much Time on my hands....hehe

HAIR UPDATE!!!!

I just took out my braids today, I am free to wash out my scalp now...yaaaayyyyy! Thank God!

My scalp was really getting bad. I plan to post some styles before I put braid back in my hair in a week.
